What does Refurbished Mean?

These cameras were used by ICx sales staff for demo purposes and as temporary loaners for customers whose cameras were being serviced. When a camera is refurbished, it is inspected thoroughly by ICx, restored to the latest specifications, rigorously tested and repackaged for resale. Such items are sold as "refurbished".

What parts are reused?

When refurbishing cameras, we use all new parts except for the thermal lens, detector, and electronics. This replaces all of the old moving parts with a brand new gimbal, seals, shrouds, etc.

What about a warranty?

Each refurbished camera comes with a one year Gold warranty plan, which covers all in-warranty repairs, telephone support 24/7, and free shipping once the repairs are complete.
